Terms of Use and Transaction

By registering and using LOCOM services, you ("Customer") agree to the terms below, in accordance with Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 19/2023/QH15 and Decree 72/2013/ND-CP.

1. Account and identification

Customers must provide accurate information and complete subscriber identification (CCCD/ID, portrait, biometrics) before SIM/eSIM activation — a legal requirement in Vietnam. Customers are responsible for account and password security.

2. Service description

• IoT/M2M SIM & eSIM: data connectivity for devices, with packages by region (Vietnam, Southeast Asia, global) and by volume/term.
• Data packages: prepaid or subscription plans, may auto-renew.
• CPE 4G/5G devices, portable WiFi: hardware sold standalone or bundled.
• Cross-border SMS & AI Token: governed by separate service terms.

3. Acceptable use

Customers may not use services for unlawful purposes, spam, network attacks, or in violation of Vietnam cybersecurity rules. LOCOM may suspend or terminate service upon violation, without refund for activated plans.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices listed on the website are VAT-inclusive in Vietnam and paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Data plans may apply a Fair Usage Policy (FUP); exceeding limits may reduce speed or incur extra fees as notified.

5. Suspension and termination

LOCOM may suspend service for late payment, breach, or authority request. Customers may terminate per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Liability limitation

LOCOM is not liable for indirect damages from partner carrier outages, force majeure, or natural disasters. Services are provided "as-is" within technical limits.

7. Governing law

Terms are governed by Vietnam law. Disputes are resolved by competent authorities in Vietnam.
