Payment Policy

LOCOM accepts the following payment methods for customers in Vietnam:

1. Payment methods

• Zalo Pay (operated by ZION JSC, licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam) — via QR, Zalo Pay wallet and linked bank cards.
• Direct bank transfer to LOCOM's company account.
• International cards (Visa/Mastercard) via a licensed payment gateway (where available).

2. Currency

All transactions are settled in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Per Zalo Pay rules, orders must be in VND; if paid in foreign currency, the system converts at the daily rate and records in VND.

3. Invoicing and reconciliation

LOCOM issues electronic VAT invoices for all transactions. Zalo Pay reconciliation and settlement takes 1–2 business days. Zalo Pay service fees range 1%–2% by method.

4. Payment security

Transactions are protected by SSL/TLS and PCI-DSS. LOCOM does not store card data; payment data is handled by the payment processor.

5. Payment errors

For double charges or charges without service activation, LOCOM refunds via the original channel within 48 hours of confirmation (per Decree 72). Please provide the transaction ID for fastest handling.

6. Recurring payments

Subscription data plans may auto-renew via Zalo Pay if you consent. You may disable auto-renew anytime via Zalo 0365968639 or email.
